An old man named Mr. Subramanian Swami from Chennai settled in Ahmedabad before many years. He worked very hard day and night as a labourer in Calico Mill. He wanted his two sons to get educated and settle in life. He purchased one flat in Khokhra Housing Co-op. Society. Both the sons get well settled in due course of time. Both got married too. But unfortunately the oldest son and his wife died. After that Subramanian began to pass his retired life with his younger son – Anna. Anna was jobless and could not manage to live a comfortable life with his wife. He was a crooked man.
In due course of time, the house which was purchased by Subramanian in Khokhra held a price worth Rs.40 lacs. Subramanian was well aware that his son - Anna wanted to grab away that property, so he denied for the same. Having failed in achieving the said property from his father, Anna started showing his colours and he started thrashing his father quite after in the presence of his family members.
On 30th October 2015, the cruel son and his wife crossed all the limits. The son Anna caught hold of his father Subramanian tightly and his wife thrashed him brutally with a bat. This was too much for the old man Mr. Swami left his flat and lodged a complaint in Khokhra Police Station. With tears in his eyes, ultimately Mr. Swami took shelter in "Jeevan Sandhya old age Home." His son Anne even snatched away Rs.3 lacs from his father Mr. Swami and kicked him out from his own house. In spite of all these harassment Mr. Swami's only wish is o give away the said flat to his two grandsons before his death. [The names of the character are not real]
